If you successfully complete the steps necessary to reset your PIN, your new PIN will be sent via U.S. Mail or Email, according to your current preference. Your preference of U.S. Mail or Email correspondence is maintained on the Personal Information screen. This screen can be accessed from the claimant main menu or by calling your processing center.
