The only e-mail address that will be accepted on this screen is the one that is currently on file for you. If that is no longer your e-mail address, then you would need to contact the UCRC. If your e-mail address has not changed, then enter it in the field provided. Click on the "Request User Name" button to request that a new User Name be sent to your e-mail address.
