This screen provides a menu of services offered through the ODJFS Unemployment Online System. Click on the arrow to the left of any available item to be taken directly to that activity.

If you wish to claim benefits for the available week(s) shown AND have the option to file a new claim application, please file for the week(s) FIRST. (Once the new claim application is filed, you will only be able to claim weeks online that are AFTER the effective date of the new claim application.)

RESTART YOUR CLAIM: If you currently have an allowed application for benefits, have returned to work, and are now unemployed, you need to restart your claim. If you do not need to claim the weeks shown, choose "Restart your claim" to access the reopen application. Please select and apply for any weeks you wish to claim PRIOR to selecting "Restart your claim."

RETURNED TO WORK(link only appears on the main menu if you are scheduled to file every other week): If you are not scheduled to file for benefits until next week, but you have returned to full time work and wish to claim benefits for last week only, click on the link, "Returned to work? (File for one week)."

If you want to provide notification that you have returned to work but the link does not appear on your screen, then you can provide that notification by using the question regarding full-time work which appears on each weekly claim application. If you do not intend to claim any other weeks because you have returned to full time work, then the act of not claiming weeks is sufficient notice that you do not need our services at this time.

WEEKLY CLAIM: Week ending dates are listed here for weeks available for you to claim. Select any week(s) you want to claim. Please begin with the oldest week first.

UPDATE PERSONAL INFORMATION: If you need to update your driver's license/state ID number, address, phone number, mailing preference/e-mail address, or payment preference, select "Update Personal Information."

VIEW NOTICES AND DETERMINATIONS: If you have selected to receive correspondence electronically, use this link to access your correspondence.
