This portion of the screen is used to record information about being a member of a skilled trade or union. If you are a member in good standing, click on the drop down arrow and scroll through the list and find the appropriate title and click to display your selection in the box. Enter the number of the skilled trade or union of which you are a member. List the city where the union is located. Click on the drop down arrow to enter a selection for the appropriate state where the skilled trade or union is. Click the circle next to "Yes" or "No" to indicate if you are required to seek work exclusively through your union or hiring hall. Select, "Yes" or "No" to indicate if you are receiving Pension, Social Security or any other retirement income. If you checked yes, provide and details in the text box provided. Be sure to identify the type of income, source of income, and the amount your are to receive. Click "Next" to proceed to the next screen.
