Recent Employer History Summary
Add Employer

This screen is used to identify all "regular" employers for whom you have worked in the last six months. If you were on assignment from a temporary placement agency (often called a “temp” agency), the temp agency - not the employer they assigned you to - is the employer you need to identify. Any military, federal civilian or out-of-state employment that was provided on previous pages will not be shown here. Do not add that employment here.

To add a regular employer, click the "Add Employer" button. This will take you to the "Recent Employment History - Employer ID Number Search" screen. The Help text on that screen will guide you through the multi-screen process to locate your employer and provide details regarding your employment. When you have completed that process, you will be returned to this summary screen where your employer information will be visible.

If the entries are incorrect, select the radio button to the left of the employers name, and edit or delete the information.Click "Next" to continue.
