In this section, if you have held an office in a corporation, have owned or operated a business, or both, in the last 18 months, you will answer "Yes" to the first question. Answer "Yes" to the next question if you are required to pay child support to a court or agency; otherwise, answer "No".

If you answered "Yes" to the prior question, then select "Yes" or "No" to indicate whether or not you want child support payments withheld from any benefits you receive.

Ten percent is the only with holding option for unemployment. Answering "Yes" here has no effect on the amount or whether or not you pay federal taxes on your unemployment payments.

Choose whether you want to claim your spouse or child as a dependent. A "Yes" response will give you access to screens that will take you through the process for claiming dependents.
